Communication Skills

Active Listening

Active listening is a technique way of listening and responding to another person that improves mutual understanding in order to solving disputes or conflicts. It requires that the listener fully concentrate, understand, respond and then remember what is being said. It is an important first step to defuse the situation and seek solutions to problems.
